Taleo 14B Error Printing the Talent Profile in English-UK

Taleo 14B - When printing the talent profile, some users are allowed to select a language. When they select English UK they receive a system error. When they print in English or French, it's okay.

We have upgraded our staging zone to 14B and now some users are able to select the language they want to print their Talent Profile while other users are not given that option.   Does anyone know why one user sees that language selection drop down menu while another doesn't?  (Screen shot provided).

Also we are getting a system error when the user tries to print their Talent Profile in English UK.  If they select French or English, they are able to successfully print their Talent Profile.  Has anyone else experienced this?
