I recently had a client ask the following questions.  It seemed appropriate to share with a greater audience.

"I created two certs -> medical evidence, pregnancy evidence. Added as an action item for the particular absence types. When an emp makes a request nothing has happened regarding certifications. There's no need to upload a Certification for the request or something. So, overall I'm not sure how should certifications work?”
