We are implementing Performance and Talent Management and we are using R10.

While putting successor for a succession plan, we would like to have the ability to pull successors from a different succession plan so that we can see for example successors for a generic job when we create the succession plan for a position related to the job. This will help in making the succession plan more effective and linked with other succession plan as well.

Please let me know if anyone has similar requirements; we already have an ER for this as well and would love to work together in getting a solution in future releases.
