Salary Change Life event trigger and Mass Salary Updates

Need help to understand why salary life event is not triggering

Hoping that someone can provide some assistance. We are in the process of uploading mass salary increases. We used the payroll batch loader process and were able to successfully update salaries.

At the completion of this process, we were expecting to see a Salary Change life event triggered for all that had changes. We are not seeing this.

If single change is entered using the UI, the salary change life event is being triggered.
