where does Taleo Performance store the first submission and approval dates

We are needing to find a way, within Taleo Performance, to capture the very first submission and approval dates for a Goal Plan, so that we can report on how many new hires are completing their Goal Plan within the first 30 days of their start date. Unfortunately, the latest approval date and latest submit dates appear to be all we can see, and those only tell us of ongoing updates and not the original submit/approval that we need to capture for our metrics.
