I hope this is the correct place to post this - it's my first post.
We have a plant in Mexico and have set up their vacation accruals, but there are other absence types (marriage, bereavement, etc.) and they take time off either in natural days and working days. If you are using Fusion for Mexico, do you have these set up as accruals, or as absences that are not tied to a plan? Also, do you do anything set up for absences that receive IMSS payment versus those that do not?
I'm not sure I was very descriptive, but I appreciate any help or response.
