We have upgraded test to R11 and the functionality of the qualification plans has changed.  Previously, we could view payment percentage, qualified entitlement, used days and remaining days.  Now, by selecting or deselecting the "'Evaluate remaining entitlement without absence record" we can either see percentage entitlement and days used or percentage entitlement, days entitlement and remaining.  The days used column is displayed but always shows as zero which is incorrect.  Oracle have told me this is delivered functionality with R11 but that does not seem correct.  We could work out days used by deducting remaining days from entitlement but why populate used as zero, this could be confusing to users.
