Is there a way to use the same performance template for mid year and annual appraisal. DUinrg mid year, the worker and manager set goals, do worker and manager evaluations (with ratings) but do not submit for approval. During the annual, they do another round of evaluation (adjust weightages if required, add goals if regd) and continue with the process until final approval.
I am aware that we have a interim appraisal feature but that does not fly with my customer as they dont want to create two different performance documents (one for mid year and another for annual).
