Manage Goal Scheduled Process Issues - Please help

New hires not getting a goal plan assigned by the process though its been set up correcty and no issues showing in log file

Hi,

We had launched our Goal plan for the year to all active employees in beginning of the year and set a nightly  process to assign the goal plan to any active employees who may not have a Goal Plan (Example new hires ). It was our understanding that the process will look at anyone within the eligibility profile  and if they match that and do not have a goal plan, it will assign that to them.
