a) Would like to know if there is a functionality where once the performance document is submitted by the manager, the worker will have certain days to acknowledge the document else it would be auto-acknowledge and closed. 

b) Is there also a functionality for managers and workers to work on the performance document concurrently and comments are visible without managers/workers needing to submit the document?
