Our management team feels there are too many clicks in the Manage Document Records when searching Person Name field.

Problem:Our Management team sees too many clicks to get to the Search Person Name function on the Manage Document Page, They feel the amount of clicks will further cause our leaders to not use the product.

  1. Steps to recreate: Document Records link
  2. go to Person Search link,
  3. select the magnifying glass to search,
  4. enter name,
  5. select search,
  6. select desired name,
  7. select ok, 
  8. Returned to the Manage Document page, have to select Search again
  9. finally able to select the attachment to review.
