Pending Goals not received in manager login

Hi,

Employee created goal.but admin can able to view Goal->administer login->pending goals there is showing pending goals.Admin side able to give approve for respective employee.

but did not received in manager bell notification.Goals page also no data to display.

in BPM worklist also i have checked there is no data showing for goals for approval.
