Hi -

We are delving into using Talent Profiles for succession planning/best fit analysis.  We are aware of how to create the profile for jobs and to assign them to roles and to update the employee accordingly, but now our business is requesting that we be able to add another layer to the spider chart and have senior level positions compared to that employee for kind of a succession road map.

I know this is possible, but I am not sure where to start on this, any suggestions??
