Indirect reports performance documents

Hi All,

I notice a manager can search for and visualize his indirect reports (completed) performance documents from Search for: Performance document panel (to the right side of My manager evaluation/My evaluation pages.

However, is there a way to enable the manager to visualize his indirect reports performance documents before they are in complete status?
