We have a requirement to Mass Assign Goals for only managers  in Performance. 

We are not using the 'Manager' field on the Manage Employment form to record if someone is a manager.

Can eligibility criteria to mass assign goals determine if someone is a manager based on their security role i.e. if they have the 'Line Manager' role, or if they have direct reports ?
