Best practice for Performance TemplateContent
We use two separate performance templates for Mid Year Reviews and Year End Reviews. We are coming up on our second year for mid-year reviews and I am curious what the best practice is in either adding a new review period and changing the eligibility requirement (a few new modifications this year) to the existing template or if I should create a new template? There are no other changes that need to be made to the set up. Are there pros/cons one way or the other?
