Does anyone know what criteria sits behind the new "Add Recent" option, when selecting to add a participant? How is the list of people who show determined? I thought maybe it was just a list of the same individuals selected on the last performance document, but my test case for the new year's document is showing 2 employees who were not on her list last year, and one person who was on her list last year is not being displayed in the list (and each of these 3 are still active employees). So, just trying to understand the logic. See screenshot
