Link in feedback request notification takes participant to the completed feedback request on subsequent requests.

In our environment, we need to send feedback request to the same participant multiple times throughout the year. Currently when the second or later request goes out to the participant, the link in the notification (both email and bell icon) takes the participant to the feedback that has already completed. There is nothing that the participant can do on the page. This is confusing to our users and makes the 360 feedback cycle cumbersome. any one else have this issue, and is there a work around?
