Eligibility profile to exclude a list of employees

Hi all,

 

I created an eligibility profile to restrict availability of a performance document to a specific population.

However, I’d exclude a group of 7 employees (all direct reports of the same manager) from the eligibility.

 

Is there an eligibility criteria to exclude specific employees (or all the employees have a specific line manager) from a standard eligibility?

(I assume it is possible through a custom eligibility profile, providing a Formula)

How can I manage this requirement? How did you manage this requirement for other clients?

 

The final purpose is to exclude these 7 employees from a specific performance document assignment.
