Multiple rows being returned in Act as Proxy when searching for Manager

Hi, 

We are having an issue where for around 32 managers, when they are being searched in "Act as Proxy" 2 rows are being returned per manager.

This is only happening for 32 Managers. They have multiple assignments but only the most recent assignment status is ACTIVE. 

In Person Management when we search for the same managers we get only one row (the most active row). If we check the "Terminated workers" check box then we retrieve all older rows as well. 

Would like to know what criteria is checked in the "Act as Proxy" search page? What all fields from the assignment does it check for?
