Dear All, We have the below requirement from the client.
"
As an HRBP, I want to have an ability to edit the final rating, in absence of a manager, in the performance document after the performance document has been finalized but demands change during the callibration process.
"
As far as I know HRBP/HR specialist can transfer Performance to Other Manager and then he can Change the Rating. Is there any other way possible for HRBP or other person can edit the rating on behalf of manager?
