Development Goals Printing Delivered Template

We have recently noticed that when you try to print the development goals it's printing the delivered template, not the one that we have customized. It worked fine in the past, but for a couple of weeks, we have been noticing this issue. 

We do have an SR with Oracle to research. Just wanted to see if other customers have also faced this issue and how did they fix it.
