insert the HR into the approval step in Performance module

is it possibile to insert the Role HR in the approval step of the document

Hello,

is there a way in order to give to the HR the role of approver of the performance document instead of the manager+1.

In detail when the manager send the document for approval is it possible to send this approval to the HR?
