The performance template was design to allowed add performance goals by manager. but manger account not allowed to add goals .

Content

The performance template settings and performance process was design  to add managers performance goals to employees. Under the performance template structure, goals section was also added and  template disigned with required roles as well.  Even though manager account not allowing to add any goals to the employees. I enlosing my performance process settings image and other template setting images with word document. I expect your opinion regarding this problem.
