Has anyone else been able to develop a performance document in the system which allows employees to capture quarterly goals where the employee and the manager can review them and add comments at the end of each quarter, then add new goals for the next quarter?

In addition to capturing quarterly goals we also need to carry out a mid year review with a rating and and then a year end.

Just wondering if anyone else has attempted to do something similar?  We are having issues with not being able to add multiple sections to capture quarterly requirements or to have multiple review periods to be able to complete a mid year review?
