I have an open SR on same, but timing is pretty critical for us so I thought I would ask the experts.  If Oracle does have an answer, I will share the resolution for others who may encounter same issue.

Same configuration as last year (but upgraded from R11 to R12).  I have downloaded the XML from last year's plan and this year's plan and they are the same.

Plan is configured to push budgets down (but not allow updates)

At top level, I can see calculations in the summary, but as soon as I filter or proxy at a lower level, they are blank.  Attached are sample screens.
