Hello,

I have created a new performance document for a subset of the company that will not have Ratings.  In the template, I unchecked Ratings and enable section comments.  Everything looks great except there are no Comment boxes/bubbles in any of the sections when I create a performance document.

 Within Structure, I have Enabled Section Comments and under Roles I have made Item Comments - Optional Without Warning and Section Comments - Required. 

When I create a performance document however, there is no area to add comments.  I am unsure where this issue lies.
