Hi, 

We are implementing new changes in Performance Manager for the current annual cycle. We are in REL 13 18B.

While trying to crate new Performance Template section, when we select the Section type as "Profile Content" to import the compentencies into the template section, unable to select the proficiency rating model in the content items. The rating section was grayed out. 

And also Content type is missing when enable the items in the setup configuration. This was working upto REL 12. 

Could you please is thers any existing bug is raised for this issue or any new setup to be done to import the rating model in the template section.
