Employees find it frustrating when they have deleted or completed a goal that when a particular goal goes to the LM for approval it then stops them from completing any further action on their goals until manager has approved.  I have since removed the option to notify manager on deletion of goals but still want to keep the notification for completion of goals.

Is there a way of the system not locking the employee out so they can complete other goals while the manager is just approving that one.
