How to publish/use check in functionality

Hi Community,

Does anybody know how to use/access the check-in document? I have created a template and associated Eligibility Profile. Also ran the ‘Eligibility Batch process’ but could not see anything on My Evaluations or anywhere.

 

I reckon, I am missing some steps. Could anybody help me please?
