We need to hide the attachment at the top of the performance document for our Employee role.  We want managers to be able to use the attachment feature.  The reason we want to do this is last year we noticed that when a manager attached something to the performance document the employee could access it before the performance document was approved and released to the employee.  We don't want the employee to be able to see the attachment.   We have tried using this expression language on the View Checkbox to hide it for our employee role but show it for
