R13 - Expense report submission notification

When users submit an expense report, the notification box with the expense report number appears at the top of the screen...

but the notification disappears after about 5 seconds.  Does anyone know how to configure notifications?  Especially in this case where I need the notification box to stay visible until the user selects "ok"?    Thanks!  Mark Spinks  BSU
