Previously, we had the ability to create a goal plan then assign that goal plan to a 'business leader' so that an organisational goal could be cascaded down the business leaders hierarchy. Following the implementation of HCM Cloud version 18B, I can no longer find the functionality to select a business owner - does anyone know how I find it or get round this issue?

Our organisation set up is complex and the criteria available within the eligibility profile does not suit us for this purpose, therefore we ideally need the functionality to assign it to a specific person in order to cascade to direct and indirect reports.
