We are encountering issues where EIO isn't triggering when there are changes to supplemental life or any other plan if the employee is already enrolled and tries to change the plan.. Our implementer is mentioning that there is a oracle bug but want to make sure if its accurate statement,, We have less than a week to go live with open enrollment and its currently a show stopper. We are on 18c.. Please advise if you had EOI setup and if its working? thanks. Padmaja
