Hi All - I did like to create a performance document (PD) for a worker. For a PD to be created, he first needs to have a goal plan. So I went to 'Manage Goal Plans' page, choose the desired goal plan , and now added a worker. However, the 'Next' button on this page is grayed out/disabled  as per the screenshot. What am I missing?
