Unable to add notes with a Check-in template (18C)

Hi All,

Testing out the Check-in template feature and seems like in our current version (18C) there is no option for me to add notes within the performance goal discussion topics or general discussion topics section. I've attached a screenshot. Am I supposed to enable something?

Kindly advise how I can fix this issue. Thank you.
