We are creating a BIP report where we are listing the Training assigned to an employee by his manager and used  as a section in the Annual performance document.

 We are Unable to link annual performance document to its section having training needs and corresponding responses.

HRA_DOC_TYPES_TL(Filtered with hra_doc_type=Annual Performance document)

HRA SECTION_DEFNS_TL(filtered the content using hra_section_defn_tl="Training Needs" which is the section in the annual performance doc)
