Employees can't edit Goals in Goal Plan

HI Everyone,

We've just launched the Performance and Goals modules with employees logging in to complete their performance reviews since the beginning of May. Everything has been fine ( give or take a few issues) but now some employees are saying they're unable to edit the goal plan?

We've tried a couple of things

- Asked employees to try another browser

- Allow workers to update key attributes in pereformance document

- Tried delete the goals and re-issung the goal plan

Employees are able to edit goals they added themselves, but can't edit in the goal plan.

Can't seem to see a pattern, employees were hired at different times,one was using google chrome.
