Payment percentage not getting updated - Absence Certification

Hi,

We have created as Entitlement absence certification(Medical Certificate) with following payment percentages;

Creation Passage of due date Confirmation of Certificate
50 10 Recalculate as per eligibility

On Creation absence the payment percentage is getting created as 50. We have run the Evaluate Certification Updates process with effective date as date greater than due date of the certificate for the absence record but the payment percentage is not getting update.

Please let us know if we are missing steps.
