Overtime Issue If a Time card has Absence and Regular Hours

I am facing some issues with Overtime calculation. Overtime is not getting calculated if a time-card has both approved Absence and Regular Hours. It works fine if the time-card has only Regular Hours. Am I missing anything? Thank you for the help.
