How to load instance Qualifiers in TalentProfile.dat File

Not able to load REVIEWER_ID instance qualifier through HDL in Talent Profile

I am trying to load instance qualifier in talentprofile.dat for competency content type but not loading successfully.

Below is the sample one.(Here I am  not pasting all Columns in METADATA)

METADATA - METADATA|ProfileItem|QualifierCode1|QualifierSetCode1

MERGE   -   METADATA|ProfileItem|S|EVAL_TYPE

Above data is successfull loaded But when try to load review_id instance qualifier i am getting below error 'The values REVIEWER_ID,K0W250 are not valid for the attribute QualifierId2.'

METADATA - METADATA|ProfileItem|QualifierCode1|QualifierSetCode1|QualifierCode2|QualifierSetCode2
