Customizing Goal Notifications

Hello -

We are using the standard Goal notifications, not BIP, and are on Rel13.  Can someone tell me how to edit those notifications?  For some reason, the notifications are only containing a subject line and no body.  We go live on January 2nd so any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
