How are you setting up goal plans and review periods?Content
We review quarterly based on hire date and have rolling 12-month assignments. I set up a review period for 2019 with four quarter documents within 2019 review period and I set up a 2019 goal plan. How do others handle if goals extend past the calendar year? Ask the employee to move or extend goal to new goal plan each year? Or do you move all prior year goal plans into new year? We ask employees to submit goal plan when performance document is assigned and that typically doesn't match up with the calendar year. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
