Previously i have made salary updates using the salary.dat file, example below, which updates salary with a from date using the change salary action. How can i change the salary so its in correct mode as appose to update mode:

METADATA|Salary|AssignmentNumber|DateFrom|DateTo|SalaryAmount|SalaryBasisName|ActionCode|SalaryApproved|MultipleComponents
