Prior to 18c, we had project managers and line managers approving time cards via email notifications. Post 18c upgrade we are no longer able to do this in Production. The kicker is it works as expected in Test, just not production. When doing a configuration compare, the environments are a mirror of one another. When logging SR's we get no assistance, and when we had the SOA server bounced that didn't work either. Anyone else experiencing the same or have possible insight to share.
