As there are many delays with employees submitting their expense reports after receiving cash advances, it would be very helpful for if a warning message could be generated by Oracle whenever an employee requests a new Cash Advance and they still have Overdue cash advance/s in their account.

The message should warn them that before requesting a new cash advance, they need to submit the expense report for the previously requested amounts.
