Weird issue with Time Card: Work entry hours flexibility issue

Dear friends of Oracle Customer, 

Today we detected an strange issue with the time cards: 

Our client has a flexibility work entry hours and we have some rules for that configuration. 
Our issue is that the rules and notifications worked correctly for some employees and for other it doesn´t. 
I´ve attached some screenshots of the rules configuration if helps to describe the problem. I'll stay tunned to your answers and help at the same time that I'll still working on it to resolve the incident.

If I get the solution, I will post here.
