I created a new absence plan for 2019 that are front load, our old plans were accrual based and did not work as we needed them to.  I have run the eligibility and calculate accruals to move everyone to the new plan.  We needed to do some manual calculations on the balance of last year's plan so we couldn't run the carryover automatically from one plan to the next.  I am attempting an HDL to load the carryover to the new plan, but I keep receiving this error:  'The accrual process failed because the person is not enrolled in the
