My customer has a KPI based Bonus plan that can use upto a number (around 40/45) of numeric variables. Through a compensation plan we can have up to 30 numeric columns. 

However, if we set up different plans : Plan A and Plan B. And use the numeric columns in Plan A, can the same columns be referenced in Plan B for calculations through a fast formula. We are aware that columns can be cross-referenced, but that will not be helpful. 

So can you please help advise if columns from one plan can be referenced in another plan in a fast formula. If yes, please advise the format and a sample formula will help.
