Benefit contacts not showing DOB, SSN, or Gender
Summary
Some benefit contacts when viewed in the benefits contacts area don't have the same information as under Manage PersonContent
I am looking for more information on the relationship between the contact in Manage Person and Benefit contact. It seems inconsistent as sometimes I can view the gender or DOB that is viewable from the manage contacts page but other times I cannot. Is this timing or which screen the contact is updated in?
Separately, are we able to make the SSN viewable in the Benefit contact or can that only be seen through the contact as well?
This has just been difficult for our Benefit Admins when trying to look and verify information.
